You may use Warmth on Apple devices you own or control. Do not copy or redistribute it except where the law allows. Your diary belongs to you. It stays on your devices and, if iCloud is on, in your iCloud account. QuietCode cannot restore it. See Privacy. Purchases and refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Warmth is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, QuietCode is not liable for lost data.
These terms are between you and QuietCode, not Apple. QuietCode is responsible for the app. Apple does not have to support it. If the app fails any warranty that applies, Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these terms.
