These terms apply to QuietCode apps and this website. By using a QuietCode app, including Warmth, you agree to these terms.
Who Provides The App
QuietCode apps are provided by QuietCode LTD, London, United Kingdom. For questions, complaints, or claims, email [email protected].
License
QuietCode gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where allowed by law or by Apple's usage rules.
Your Content
Your journal entries and other content you create in the app belong to you.
Warmth stores journal entries locally on your device. QuietCode does not run a server for your journal content and cannot recover entries that are deleted, lost, or unavailable because of device loss, app deletion, operating system issues, or backup settings.
Privacy
QuietCode's privacy information is available on the Privacy page. If these terms and the Privacy page say different things about privacy, the Privacy page controls for privacy matters.
Health And Wellbeing
Warmth is a journaling app. It is not medical advice, mental health advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you need medical or mental health support, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
Purchases And Refunds
If a QuietCode app is downloaded or purchased through the App Store, Apple handles App Store transactions and refund requests. Refund requests should be made through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Third-Party Services
You must follow applicable third-party terms when using the app, including Apple's terms and any terms that apply to your device, Apple ID, iCloud, network, or App Store account.
No Warranty
QuietCode apps are provided as is and as available. QuietCode does not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available forever.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, QuietCode disclaims warranties implied by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, QuietCode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Apple
These terms are between you and QuietCode, not Apple. QuietCode is responsible for the app and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price if applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. After you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted party list.
Changes
QuietCode may update these terms from time to time. If the terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page.
